Core Positioning
As a high-end late-maturing apple variety independently developed in China, it is a key promoted cultivar by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and has obtained plant variety rights. Boasting the core advantages of crispness, sweetness, juiciness, excellent storability and transportability, it has been exported to overseas markets such as Singapore, emerging as an outstanding new choice for cross-border trade.

Premium Origin and Ecological Advantages
The core production area is located in the world's optimal apple-growing belt, which facilitates the full accumulation of sugars and flavor compounds. Throughout the cultivation process, only organic fertilizers like sheep manure and earthworm castings are applied, supplemented with ecological nutrient solutions fermented from soybean milk and brown sugar. Manual weeding and physical pest control methods are adopted. The apples have passed 130 items of pesticide residue testing and comply with national green food standards.
Appearance Features
The fruits are regular and plump with a fruit shape index of 0.84, ensuring high recognizability. The average weight of a single fruit is approximately 268 grams. The peel is thin, smooth and glossy with a thick natural wax coating. Bagged fruits present evenly distributed red streaks, while unbagged ones exhibit a deep red color, with a color coverage rate of over 80%. The lenticels are tiny and there are no obvious blemishes. Overall, the apples boast bright, gorgeous color and soft luster, delivering outstanding visual appeal.

Taste and Flavor
The flesh is pale yellow, fine-textured, crisp and firm-each bite makes a satisfying crunch sound, bursting with abundant, pulp-free juice. The soluble solids content ranges from 14% to 14.8%, with titratable acid content as low as 0.26%, resulting in a sweet-sour ratio of about 9:1. The taste is refreshingly sweet without being cloying. The apples exude a faint natural fruity aroma with rich flavor layers, combining the delicate texture of Honeycrisp and the mellow taste of Fuji. What's more, they resist mealiness during storage and maintain their crisp, tender texture for a long time, catering to the taste preferences of consumers in different regions.
Nutritional Value
Classified as a nutrient-dense fruit, Qincui apples are rich in vitamin C, dietary fiber, calcium, potassium, phosphorus and flavonoids. Dietary fiber helps promote intestinal health; potassium regulates the body's electrolyte balance; flavonoids possess antioxidant activity. With the synergistic effect of various nutrients, it is a healthy fruit suitable for people of all ages. Free from ripening agents, artificial waxing and fruit-expanding chemicals, and with all pesticide residue indicators up to standard, it ensures safe consumption.

Harvesting, Storage and Supply Chain Advantages
As a late-maturing variety, the fruit development cycle lasts around 170 days. Pre-cooling treatment is completed within 2 hours after harvesting. The shelf life can reach 4–6 months under refrigerated conditions (0–2℃), and can be further extended in controlled atmosphere storage. The fruit firmness measures 6.7–8.04 kg/cm², ensuring strong storability and transportability. The loss rate during cross-border transportation can be controlled below 5%. Relying on a full-chain cold chain system, year-round stable supply is achieved.
Quality Control and Standardization
Quality management follows strict standardized procedures. Apples are graded by color and diameter through automated sorting lines, followed by manual re-inspection to remove defective fruits, resulting in a high rate of premium-grade produce. Dwarf dense planting and IoT monitoring technology are applied in cultivation, enabling full-process traceability from pollination to harvesting. Complete export certifications are available for global distribution.
