Native to Shaanxi, China, the core production areas are concentrated in the Weibei Plateau and the hilly areas of the Loess Plateau, with an altitude of 800-1200 meters. Benefiting from the large temperature difference between day and night, abundant sunlight, and soil rich in minerals such as calcium and potassium, Qinguan apples have developed unique flavor and excellent storage resistance. All orchards have obtained the GAP (Good Agricultural Practice) certification, with a stable annual output of over 8,000 tons.
Product Characteristics and Market Advantages

Appearance Features
The fruits are flat-round and well-shaped, with a single fruit weight of 180-250g. The fruit surface has a yellowish-green base color covered with dark reddish-brown stripes, with distinct and evenly distributed lenticels. The thick and tough peel makes it suitable for long-distance transportation and long-term storage, with a shelf life of up to 6-8 months.
Taste and Flavor
The flesh is yellowish-white, crisp and slightly coarse in texture, with moderate juice content and a pleasant sweet-sour taste. The soluble solid content is 13-15%, with a unique fruit aroma. It is ideal for both fresh consumption and processing (such as preserved fruits and jams), and enjoys great popularity in the Southeast Asian and Middle Eastern markets.


Storage Resistance and Supply Capacity
After pre-cooling treatment post-harvest, Qinguan apples can be stored at 0-4℃ until May of the following year, enabling year-round supply.
